Returns
You can return any item purchased on our online store within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@keystonepremieroutdoors.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@keystonepremieroutdoors.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
